what matters now is the present, and in the present they've decided on a guilty party. all that remains is choosing an executioner for tomorrow, and that's been left to a democracy as well... chie's going to at least check on the ones she's more familiar with. first stop, heather mason. wherever heather took off to post-trial, chie's followed a few steps behind. once they're separated from most of the group, she'll approach closer.]

[ not that she minds. she's just not happy right now and is in a general bad mood. even when things should be better now, things continue to get under her skin. ]
